- 9/19/2023 – School Board Approved Going Out to Bid
- 9/20/2023 -10/25/2023* -Bid Period
- 10/25/2023 -Bid Day
- 10/26/2023 -11/3/2023 -Selection of Alternates and Scope Review of Low Bidders
- 11/6/2023 -MCMS provides Recommendation of Contractors to District to Award Contracts
- 11/14/2023 -School Board vote to approve awarding contracts
- 11/15/2023 -11/17/2023 -Notices to Proceed Sent and Contracts Issued
- 12/4/2023 -Construction Start
MCMS usually builds in the possibility of extending the bid one week. If this is necessary, the follow dates will apply:
