Elementary Center Vote
At their Facilities Committee Meeting on May 8, 2022, the board voted unanimously to construct a new K-5 elementary center on the property at Neil Armstrong Middle School. This means we will eventually close NAMS and all five elementary buildings.
First Phase of Middle School Renovation Begins

Facilities Sub-Committee Recommendations
After a summer of meetings and analysis of the Feasibility Study, the Facilities sub-committee presented their recommendation to the Board of School Directors to be included in the Strategic Plan as a Facilities Master Plan.
Preliminary Feasibility Study Findings
The Hayes Design Group presented a preliminary feasibility study report to the Board of School Directors with detailed answers to the Board’s guiding questions as well as recommendations to address all areas of concern with the facilities.
Feasibility Study Requested
The School Board has contracted with the Hayes Design Group to complete a study of the district’s five elementary and two middle schools.
