Here is the update presented by SiteLogIQ on the progress of the renovations at IMS. The important note here is that everything is proceeding as scheduled, and the school will be ready for opening day.

This update on our important project milestones was presented by the team from Draw Collective at the August 8, 2023 Board meeting.

As required by Act 34 of the Pennsylvania School Code, the School District presented the new elementary school building project and the financing plan. The presentation included a review of the reason for the project, the design of the new building and an analysis of the impact of the project on the school district's budget. Please note, the financial information provided was estimated intentionally high to mitigate the need for another hearing if the costs were actually above expectations. Public comment on the project will be accepted by the Board Secretary until noon on August 25, 2023.
